DESCRIPTION
The course provides an overview of contract law. The course covers each stage of forming the contact in detail and also the relevance of the Unfair Contract Terms Act. Ambiguity in contract terms and avoiding contracts is also covered in this course.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of this course you will be able to:

- Explain who can and who cannot enter into a contract
- Demonstrate an understanding of the unfair contract terms act
- Explain what would happen if there is any ambiguity in contact terms
